So yeah, I hate running late in the day.
For 2 mains reasons:
- ive generally eaten too much during the day, and I feel like an elephant
- I cant mentally set the time aside to run properly, and I generally feel like I cant run or hurt myself
All of which I think occurred today.
Being that we were travelling home this morning from our trip, I thought id move the rest day forward a day, and do a light run this afternoon after we got home.
It was the best choice, as this morning was too hectic. But boy I just cant do the afternoon run anymore.
I got out of the gates too fast, and now I feel like ive strained my calf. Time will tell. But with my mind telling me I gotta get this over with, its all a complete mess.
Get me back to a full nights sleep and a morning run pronto.
But, mission accomplished. We’re now 1 day shy of 2 full months on the run. Who would have thought!
