So today was a designated “rest day”. A 1.5km run only, to ensure we meet our 365 day run goal.
And for the most part, it was a rest day. I did decide to mix the run in the middle of a long walk though. Big dinner last night, needed the calorie burn!

Nothing to write home about today. A little more tired than I would have liked for a rest day. But its all positive right?
